Age Verification Policy

SexBabesVR is an adult site. Access is restricted to adults, and in a growing number of jurisdictions that restriction must be enforced by verified age assurance rather than a simple declaration. This page explains how we do that, and what happens to your data when you verify.

How Verification Works

We operate a three-layer system. The first layer decides whether verification is legally required for you; the second delivers it; the third applies to everyone.

Layer 1 — Server-side jurisdictional gate

We determine your jurisdiction on our server. If you are in a jurisdiction where we enforce mandatory age verification, site content is blocked before any of it is sent to your browser until verification is complete. Because this happens server-side, it cannot be bypassed with ad-blockers, extensions or other client-side tampering.

Layer 2 — Verification

Verification is carried out by AgeVerif.com, an independent age-assurance provider certified under IEEE 2089.1-2024. Where your jurisdiction requires it, the AgeVerif verification window opens on the page and guides you through one of the methods below.

Layer 3 — Universal 18+ entry gate

Regardless of where you are, every visitor must pass an 18+ entry gate before browsing. That gate requires you to confirm you are an adult and to accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. It is a baseline safeguard that applies across our entire audience, not just in regulated jurisdictions.

Search engine crawlers are exempted from the gate, in line with standard industry practice. They do not reach member-restricted content, and our public pages carry the RTA (“Restricted to Adults”) label so that third-party filters can block this site at the device or network level.

Verification Methods

AgeVerif offers several methods so that you can pick one appropriate to your jurisdiction and your comfort level:

Facial age estimation;
Credit-card validation;
PayPal account validation;
Email-based age signals;
Anonymized verification options.

Each of these lets you satisfy the applicable legal requirement without submitting identity documents to us. We do not choose the method for you.

What We Do — and Do Not — Receive

We never receive or store your identity documents, government ID or biometric data. Those are handled by AgeVerif, not by us.
What reaches us is a verification status signal — verified or not — and nothing underlying it.
Verification state persists per device, subject to expiry rules that vary by jurisdiction. You verify once on a device rather than on every visit, consistent with regulatory guidance against repeated and disproportionate collection.
This processing is disclosed in our Privacy Policy as strictly necessary and carried out to meet a legal obligation.

Where We Enforce Verification

We currently enforce mandatory age verification for visitors from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Australia, and from 24 U.S. states with enacted age-verification statutes, including Louisiana, Texas, Utah, Florida and Virginia.

This list is not fixed. We review it quarterly, and immediately whenever we become aware of a new or amended age-verification law affecting a jurisdiction we serve, so that enforcement stays aligned with current requirements. Our framework reflects obligations under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and Ofcom’s guidance on highly effective age assurance, EU member-state requirements, U.S. state statutes, and Australian age-assurance rules.

Members

Membership requires a credit-card transaction processed by Epoch, our merchant of record. Credit-card validation is a recognized age-assurance method under the UK Online Safety Act guidance and relevant U.S. state statutes, so signed-in paying members are not asked to verify again through Layer 2. The universal 18+ gate and our Terms and Privacy consents still apply to members exactly as they do to everyone else.
