Content Moderation & Removal Policy

SexBabesVR is operated by Ganam s.r.o., a production studio registered in the Czech Republic. This page explains how the content on this site is made, how it is reviewed before it is published, and how anyone — member or not — can ask us to remove something.

How Our Content Is Made

Every scene and photoset on SexBabesVR is produced by us. We contract our performers directly, choose the locations, and develop every scenario. Filming and post-production are carried out by contracted technical providers working under our direction; they hold no rights in the content and have no relationship with the performers.

There is no upload feature on this site. Members, visitors and third parties cannot add video or photographic content to our catalog by any means. Because we produce everything ourselves, 100% of what you see here has passed through our own pre-publication review before it went live.

What We Do Not Allow

We prohibit, without exception, the production, publication or hosting of any content depicting or promoting:

Any depiction of a minor, or any age-ambiguous depiction of a performer;
Non-consensual sexual acts, or the non-consensual sharing of intimate imagery;
Human trafficking or coercion of any kind;
Bestiality, or incest presented as an actual family relationship;
Sexual activity involving anyone depicted as incapacitated to a degree that negates the capacity to consent;
Violence presented as non-consensual or as depicting real harm.

These standards apply to the content itself and to everything attached to it — titles, descriptions, thumbnails and tags.

Review Before Publication

Every performer who appears in our content is a verified adult. Government-issued photo identification is checked before production, a written release is signed for each shoot, and records are maintained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Our staff then review each finished scene and its metadata against the standards above, applying a strict internal rule against any framing or presentation that could be read as age-ambiguous. Nothing is published until it has cleared that review.

Member Comments

The only content on this site that comes from someone other than us is text commentary posted by registered members on scene pages. Commenting requires a member account — there is no anonymous commenting. Submissions pass through automated anti-spam filtering, and our administrators review reported comments and remove anything unlawful or in breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Reporting Content & Requesting Removal

If you believe something on this site should not be here — content depicting you or someone else without consent, content involving a minor or anyone whose age you doubt, impersonation, or anything else that breaches these standards — report it to us:

Content Removal form — our primary intake channel, linked from every page;
DMCA notice — for copyright claims, which require additional information under federal law;
Email — info@sexbabesvr.com for anything else.

We aim to carry out an initial review of every report within two (2) business days of receipt. Allegations that content is illegal are triaged the same day.

Where a report is credible on its face, we remove the content from public view while we investigate — before the investigation concludes, and regardless of its eventual outcome. Content identified as potentially illegal is removed immediately.

Illegal Content

We maintain internal incident-response procedures for suspected child sexual abuse material and other apparently illegal content, including immediate removal, preservation of evidence, and mandatory reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline and to the competent law enforcement authority.

Governance

This policy is owned by our Responsible Officer and is reviewed at least annually, and sooner where a change in law, card network requirement or our own operations makes an earlier review appropriate.
