This document outlines our Content Removal policy. If you are a User of the SexBabesVR site, this policy forms part of your agreement with us.

Both Users and non-Users of the SexBabesVR site can use this Content Removal Policy to raise any site-related issues.

To file a content removal request about Epoch (including content on SexBabesVR or the conduct of a User), fill the form below with your name, address, contact details, a description of your complaint, and, if applicable, the URL of the related content.

Upon receiving your complaint about illegal or non-consensual content:

1. We will investigate your complaint promptly and appropriately based on its nature.
2. If we need more information, we will contact you.
3. We will investigate in good faith within seven (7) business days.
4. If the content is found to be unlawful or non-consensual, we will remove it immediately and notify you of our decision.
5. If the content is deemed lawful, we will inform you of our decision.
6. Disputes about non-consensual content will be referred to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.

For other complaints:

1. We will investigate within a timeframe appropriate to the complaint's nature.
2. If we need more information, we will contact you.
3. We will address the issue in good faith. If content breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, we will remove it promptly.
4. We are not obligated to inform you of the complaint's outcome.

As a User, you legally promise not to submit complaints that are wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If you breach this warranty, we may suspend or terminate your user account.
