Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your SexBabesVR membership at any time, in a couple of clicks, with no cancellation fee and no phone call. Cancelling is as easy as joining. This page explains exactly how to do it and what happens next.

How to Cancel

There are two routes, and either one is sufficient on its own:

From your account. Sign in and go to Your Subscription. The cancel option is on that page — confirm, and you’re done.
Directly with Epoch. Epoch is our merchant of record and handles all billing. You can cancel through their self-service portal at epoch.com/find_purchase using any two of your Member ID, email address, or username.

If neither route works for you, email info@sexbabesvr.com and we will cancel it for you.

What You Might See on the Way Out

When you cancel from your account page, we may ask you why you’re leaving, and in some cases we may show you an offer to stay. Answering is optional and declining an offer never blocks the cancellation. There is no retention call, no queue, and no hoop you have to clear before we’ll process it.

What Happens After You Cancel

Your access continues. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not cut off your access immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No further charges. Once the cancellation is processed, your subscription will not rebill. You will not be charged again.
You get a confirmation. You’ll see confirmation on screen straight away, and we’ll send a confirmation to the email address on your account.
Your account stays. Your account, favorites and watch history are preserved. If you decide to come back later, you can reactivate without starting over.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future charges. It is not, by itself, a refund request. We do not refund the unused part of a subscription period you have already paid for. Refund terms, including the EU right of withdrawal and the express waiver that applies to immediate access to digital content, are set out in full in § 8 of our Terms & Conditions. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases — including lifetime access — do not renew and have no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you cancelled and were still charged, or you can’t find your subscription in the Epoch portal, contact us at info@sexbabesvr.com with the email address you used to join. We will sort it out.
