Our Commitment

Ganam s.r.o., the operator of SexBabesVR, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery, human trafficking, forced or coerced labor, debt bondage, and the withholding of personal documents or pay from anyone connected to our business. That commitment applies without exception to the production of every scene published on this site.

We categorically prohibit the involvement of minors in any capacity connected to our productions, and prohibit the production, acquisition, hosting or distribution of child sexual abuse material in any form. This statement is issued in the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 disclosure framework.

How We Produce

SexBabesVR is a single-brand, wholly self-produced studio. We engage every performer directly under a contract concluded with us, select the locations, and develop every scenario. No content is licensed, aggregated, scraped or otherwise acquired from third-party studios or individuals, and this platform accepts no user-generated content.

Performers are adult professionals retained as independent contractors on a per-production basis. Identity and age are verified before any production using government-issued identification, records are retained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and every performer signs a written consent agreement before each production that expressly covers both the scope of participation and the terms of subsequent distribution.

Because production is fully in-house and performer engagement is direct and contractual, our exposure to the labor-supply-chain risks normally associated with modern slavery — subcontracted recruitment, agency intermediaries, cross-border labor brokers — is inherently limited.

Safeguards

Pre-production verification. Before each production we hold a verification conversation with the performer, independently of any agency or third party, to confirm that participation is voluntary and that the terms of the engagement are understood and accepted.
Performers keep their own documents. Performers retain possession of their government-issued identification and personal documents at all times. We take copies only, for identity verification and § 2257 record-keeping. Originals are never held, confiscated, or made a condition of participation.
Direct payment. Performers are paid directly by us on the terms agreed in their written contract. No compensation is routed through or withheld by an intermediary or agency.
Freedom to decline or withdraw. A performer may decline a production, or stop participating at any point before or during a shoot, without penalty.

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain is minimal by design. We do not rely on external content producers, talent agencies or content brokers. Our third-party relationships are limited to technical service providers — a contracted videography provider and a post-production editing provider, both engaged on a services basis under our direction — together with hosting infrastructure, software vendors and payment processing. None of these providers supply performers, talent or content to us. Performers are recruited, contracted and paid by us directly.

We expect every service provider we work with to operate lawfully and ethically.

Raising a Concern

Any performer, staff member, contractor or third party with a concern about coercion, trafficking, forced participation, or any other breach of this statement can report it in confidence to our Responsible Officer at support@sexbabesvr.com. Please mark the message “confidential”.

We commit that no one who raises a concern in good faith will face retaliation, adverse treatment, or exclusion from future engagement as a result of making a report.

If We Find a Violation

Where we identify a credible indication of coercion, trafficking or any breach of this statement, we will immediately halt further production involving the individuals concerned, remove or suspend distribution of any affected content pending investigation, report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authority, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

Training & Review

Everyone involved in planning or executing our productions is briefed on this statement as a condition of their role. The statement is owned by our Responsible Officer and reviewed no less than annually to confirm it remains accurate and reflects our current practices.
